Dear Missouri

Dear Missouri State,
As you know I visited your state last weekend and I want to tell you I had a wonderful time.  I have to say that your city...St. Louis was very clean and attractive.  It was so exciting to visit some of your attractions while I was there, some of which brought out the kid in me.  Our first stop was the big zoo you have there and for the life of me I can't think of the name of it.  It's been at least 35 years since I have been to a zoo and still had fun watching all the animals.  They were all so amazing.  These are a couple of my favorites.  I swear the gorillas were talking in sign language while we were watching them.  Very cool!

Then of course we wouldn't miss going to the amazing St. Louis Arch.  What a beautiful sight in your city. We did take the ride up to the top.  I'll have to say I was a little bit nervous getting into those tinsey tiny carts that take you up.  But I managed to keep my claustrophobia in check.

We ended up on our last day at the St. Louis Botanical Gardens.  Ohhh, how pretty it was.  We left with all kinds of ideas to do in our own yard.  Here's some of my favorite spots there.

So there's the round up of a few of the things we did.  There is just one thing though...if I may.... I just hope it's warmer than the 50 and 60 degrees we had while we were there.  Maybe next time when I'm there it could be more like 70 degrees (at least).    But other than that, I had a great time.
