Forever 21 ???

I have always loved shoes and today is no different.  I am lovvvving the new shoes styles...clunky heels, platforms, sooo cute.  However, as I have mentioned in an earlier blog, I am struggling with being 49.  Not because of the number, but all the other stuff. (If your my age or older you'll understand).  Anyway, I think my mind keeps telling me I'm "forever 21"  but my body keeps screaming NO YOUR NOT.  So getting dressed and going shopping is like going to the dentist and getting a root canal, uuugh.  But this weekend while I was out shopping I found some boots and I bought them.  Today... I have convinced myself I will find a place to wear them.  I had full intentions of taking them back but I have decided not to.  They were a good price and I like them.  Does anyone else have this problem?  Here's a picture of them along with other pictures of really cute stuff that I found online when I couldn't sleep last night at midnight.

These are mine, the rest are wishful thinking.

Love the red dress in the left corner.

So is it true that your only as young as you feel?

  2. Absolutely my friend my favourite saying is “I’ll be forever young” loving your boots, you have shared some gorgeous things here hard not to like if the wallet was a little fuller I’d be shopping with you. Have a great day. Oh thanks for visiting me and I’m now following you.

  3. Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional and I definitely choose the latter and "there we'll stay forever young"

    Great boots

  5. I LOVE those boots, but they are a little high for me right now. I used to wear really high heels when I was younger, and the girls still do, but now I wear a medium heel, and that's o.k. with me. I'm afraid I'll fall flat on my face if I wear anything higher. haha
